Fares 2027:
7 nights minimum from Saturday 5 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.
Open for rental from Mid-April to 2nd October 2027.
April, May and June:
€3360 per week
July 1st to August 28th:
€4830 per week
From August 28th to September 4th :
€3780 per week
September:
€3360 per week
Discount from 2 consecutive weeks onwards.
Availability will be indicated to you in return of your request.
Tourist taxes are extra, to be paid upon arrival, on site.
The deposit is €3000 by wire transfer at least 72h prior to your arrival. (see contract)
Pets are not allowed.
A cleaning at the end of the stay is included however the Mas must be maintained during the rental period (see annex 2 of the contract).
Bed linen, bathroom linen and pool towels are included int he rental.
A baby welcome kit is available upon request.
Events, parties are not allowed.
The rental is only effective upon receipt of the signed contract with deposit, a copy of ID and insurance document.
MAISON CADIER
in Queyras, Hautes-Alpes, Seasonal renting

Fares 2027 :
During French school holidays, all areas combined, from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m., 7 nights minimum
Between school holidays, 5 nights minimum
Open for rental all year round
January after X'mas holidays to Feb:
€140 per night
February-March school holidays:
€1400 per week
From March 15 to June 1:
€140 per night
June:

July and August summer holidays:

October-November school holidays:

Bed linen and towels linen are not provided. If requested, a rental can be arranged with the laundry shop and the linen will be placed on the beds.
Only one dog or cat, weighing less than 10 kg, may be admitted under certain conditions and an extra cost.
The cleaning is included at the end of your stay. (see annexe 2 from the contract).
The baby welcome kit is available upon request.
